-To make a reservation, a credit card number is required.

-A deposit is required to reserve.

-The balance is payable at check-in. No refund upon arrival.

-Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

-Only for reservation less than 2 weeks, no cancellation fees if done 14 days in advance.

-45 days advance written notice is required to assure refund of deposit for reservation of 2 weeks and more.

– Early departures are non-refundable.

– Check-in time 3:00pm – Check-out time 11 am.

– Early and late check out/check-in available for a fee

– Minimum check-in age is: 21

– All rooms are NON-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. $150 fee will apply for smoking inside the rooms.

-Rooms must be kept in clean orderly condition. Fees will apply for damages, missing items or rooms left in unsanitary conditions.

– The Caroline/Charter House are not responsible for damages, theft, parking tickets or towing fees.
